BUSINESS Our Flagship Program – One-on-One Coaching This is available to business owners/executives, corporations, and individuals on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis. The emphasis of the program is on Time, Team, and Money based on the individual’s or company’s requirements. Coaching is focused on dealing with a unique challenge that the individual business owner wishes to address, or alternatively, coaching can address the business’s needs as an overall group. We have programs available where we package a number of offerings (such as workshops), that can then be customized to suit individual requirements. Group Coaching This program is designed to give the business owners a solid foundation for business success. It covers the 5 key focus areas that help them work ‘on’ their business, versus merely working ‘in’ their business.
Each of these subjects will be addressed in 2 parts and you’ll also develop your own 90-Day Plans that will include the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve your stated goals. Groups are usually comprised of no more than 10 executives or business owners. Each week’s interactive session lasts one hour with additional time available for questions and answers. The entire program lasts 13 consecutive weeks with the final week closing the process with a one-on-one session. Workshops This program consists of ½ day workshops that can, if desired, be broken into two, 2-hour workshops. The workshops combine training with exercises on the following subjects:
EXECUTIVE COACHING Our Flagship Program – One-on-One Coaching Each session is conducted with its own objective and intended results. Coaching can be focused to deal with a unique challenge that the individual or company wishes to address, or alternatively, coaching can address a company’s needs as an overall group. Workshops The programs are usually run as in-house training sessions for corporations, but they can also be presented as a public event and attended by the individual executive.
LIFE COACHING Mars Venus Coaching was founded on the principles of John Gray, Ph.D., an internationally recognized expert in the fields of communication and relationships, as well as the best-selling relationship author of all time, writer of 16 books including the global phenomenon, Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus and other related books, CDs, and DVDs. Our Flagship Program – One-on-One Coaching Our life coaches help clients with their personal development. So, they can achieve their dreams, improve their relationships, understand the opposite sex, and unlock their full potential. Workshops In addition to our one –on-one coaching, our life coaches can also conduct workshops This program consists of ½ day, full day and 2-day workshops that can, if desired, be broken into smaller increments.
