This program is designed to give the business owners a solid foundation for business success and embeds the 5 key focus areas that help them work 'on' their business, versus merely working 'in' their business.

Each of these subjects will be addressed and you'll also develop your own 90-Day Plan that will include the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve your stated goals. You will receive a 6 week study guide, along with your own customized Business Diagnostic.

Groups are usually comprised of no more than 8- 10 executives or business owners.

Each week's interactive sessions lasts two hours per week from 6pm to 8 pm for 6 weeks.

The entire program runs for 6 consecutive weeks . In addition you will also receive a a bonus 1-2-1 Business Coaching session.
