Giorgio Migliaccio	Giorgio has close to 20 years’ experience in sales management, and in leading, coaching, mentoring and motivating teams for organisations such as Thomson Learning, Macmillan and the Australian Stock Exchange. He brings with him international experience having worked in the United Kingdom in the niche recruitment field of interim management where he worked closely with board level executives of the BOC Group, The Abbey and De La Rue. Giorgio launched his first business in the late 1980’s (a successful Golf event company), so, as a business owner himself, is well aware of the issues facing businesses, especially as they seek to grow in challenging times. Giorgio has experienced the common trap of getting stuck on the day-to-day issues of working 'in' a business rather than focusing on working 'on' the business and now teaches business owners how to focus on the three key elements of time, team and money, in order to improve productivity and increase profits. Nesan Naidoo	NesanNaidoo- GMP (AGSM),  BA,  DPFM,  Adv Dip. in Mngt. Nesan Naidoo is the founder and Managing Director Mind Modelling. He has over 25 years of experience in  Senior Management and Leadership roles and has worked with some of the largest blue chip companies in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.  While leadership, management and training is his forte, Nesan is highly skilled in conducting in-depth analyses of the most complicated organisational structures and works  with his clients to design and execute profitable and sustainable business solutions.
